Shipping policy
| ■ | We're happy to offer complimentary standard shipping on all orders of $99 and above, shipped anywhere in the United States. For orders below $99, a flat shipping rate applies and is calculated at checkout. |
| ■ | We currently ship to all U.S. states. We don't offer international shipping just yet, though we hope to in future. We're unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time. |
| ■ | Orders are processed and ship within 2 to 3 business days. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow it on its way to you. After dispatch, orders typically arrive within 3 to 6 business days. |
| ■ | We don't currently offer expedited shipping. If you have a special need for faster delivery, email us at hello@colorsensehome.com and we'll always see what's possible. |
| ■ | If tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, please check around your property and with neighbours first, then contact us at hello@colorsensehome.com if it's still missing after 24 hours and we'll help. |
